Assessment Center Program
The employee participates in a developmental process that includes:
- In-depth interview with an experienced coach
- Personality testing that identifies values and behaviors
- 360 feedback process (optional)
- Multi-day business simulation with interactions and business activities
- Detailed summary report that includes developmental suggestions
- One-on-one feedback with an experienced coach
- Assistance with creating a development plan
