Executive Coaching
Organizations can utilize our coaching services for their talent, whether or not the individual participates in the assessment center. The purpose of coaching is to help the employee be effective in current role or in future roles. These engagements can be tailored to the organization’s needs and can include:
- On-site meeting with individual and manager - Personality testing - 360 feedback process (optional) - Assistance with creating a development plan - Ongoing phone support for the length of the engagement - Additional on-site meetings - Meeting with manager at end of engagement
