Jill has worked with businesses in a range of industries. She has been a human resources executive with a fortune 500 company and an assessment and career consultation firm, as well as serving as an adjunct professor at Tulane University, University of North Florida, and Flagler College.
Jill has a Ph.D and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tulane and a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Duke University.

Isabel Graf has a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development, and succession management.
She has held executive and managerial human resource positions in various industries and been a consultant with an organizational consulting firm; her earlier career was in accounting, with positions in public accounting and as a controller. Isabel has taught business courses at several universities, and presented at state and local SHRM conferences.
Isabel has a Ph.D. In Human Resources Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago, an MBA in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Organizational Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
